PHOENIX - Authorities say six people have been taken to the hospital after the minivan they were riding in was struck Sunday night in south Phoenix.
Phoenix fire spokesman Jonathan Jacobs said the van was t-boned at 7th Avenue and Broadway Road around 9 p.m.
Jacobs said there were three children in the van, and two of them have serious injuries. He said at least one of the children was in a car seat.
Three adults were also taken to local hospitals.
There was no word on the conditions of the others in the van.
Police are investigating the crash.
