PHOENIX - This 4th of July has special meaning for a group of newly sworn in U.S. citizens.
Two hundred and fifty Valley residents from 62 countries took part in a special ceremony at South Mountain Community College Wednesday.
The ceremony is part of the annual Fiesta of Independence celebrating our nation's 236th birthday.
