PHOENIX - A 32-year-old man is dead following a messy barricade situation in a Phoenix neighborhood Tuesday morning.
Israel Celis Sr. was found dead in the back room of a home near 91st Avenue and Highland after authorities forced their way into the residence. Celis was wanted in connection with the abduction of his young son, along with the Tuesday barricade.
