PHOENIX - Phoenix police are investigating after a body was found along the side of a road in North Phoenix Friday afternoon.
Sgt. Steve Martos said a passerby discovered the victim around 3:30 p.m. near 7th Street and Deer Valley Road.
Officers declared the victim deceased at the scene.
Homicide detectives were called in as trauma was found on the victim’s body.
The victim, a white male between the ages of 30 and 40, has not been identified and there is currently no suspect information, Martos said.
