PHOENIX - Police say a man is in critical condition after he was struck by a vehicle in north Phoenix.
The accident happened at Interstate 17 and Jomax Road when a older man standing outside his stalled pickup truck was hit by a second car, according to Phoenix police.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the second vehicle did stop, police said.
