PHOENIX - A Deer Valley school bus driver has been arrested for allegedly showing two young boys pornography on his computer and performing sex acts with one of them.
His 39-year-old wife has also been arrested for failing to report the crimes.
Phoenix police said a 10-year-old victim had been invited to the north Phoenix home of Brian Edmund Dicamillo on June 16 where he was offered money to play a game and have sex with him.
Dicamillo allegedly showed the boy a website on his computer that had photos of adult pornography.
Police said the victim became afraid and fled the home, telling his parents what had occurred.
During the investigation it was learned that Dicamillo had engaged in sexual conduct with a 6-year-old boy and produced photographic images, possibly sharing them over the Internet.
Police said Jennifer Dicamillo admitted she'd recently seen her husband sexually abusing the victim several times and that he reportedly told her that "he would not do it again."
Brian Dicamillo was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, and one count each of furnishing obscene materials to a minor and child prostitution.
Jennifer Dicamillo was booked into jail on two counts of child abuse.
Jennifer is also an employee of the Deer Valley Unified School District, according to police.
The case is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information to call the Phoenix Police Department at 623-466-1829 or Silent Witness at 480-W-I-T-N-E-S-S.
Officials with the Deer Valley Unified School District released the following statement:
The Deer Valley Unified School District is working closely with the Phoenix Police Department in this unfortunate investigation. We have very high standards for all district employees and hold them accountable to these standards. In the event of an arrest of an employee, we typically put the person on administrative leave with pay until a conviction is received. In this case, the employees arrested are off of contract so there is no administrative leave that will occur. If convicted, a statement of charges will be given to the Board requesting termination for both employees. The safety of all students remains a top priority for the district.
