PHOENIX - A hit and run crash forced the closure of a Phoenix intersection Tuesday morning.
Phoenix Police Sgt. Steve Martos said the collision occurred in the area of 43rd avenue and Dunlap/Olive.
The crash involved a power pole, which went down, according to Martos.
Martos said the closure would affect morning traffic and the area was not expected to be reopened until after the rush hour.
A description of a suspect and suspect vehicle are unknown.
