PHOENIX - Authorities say two people suffered minor injuries in an accident in Peoria Monday night.

Peoria police spokeswoman Amanda Jacinto said the t-bone accident happened at 91st Avenue and Thunderbird Road between a car and Schwann’s delivery truck.

The truck had a 100 gallon drum of propane which was half full and leaking, Jacinto said.

The intersection was closed for about three hours as fire crews handled the hazardous situation.

Jacinto said two people were treated for minor injuries.

There was no word on how the crash happened.
