PHOENIX - Authorities have identified a white powder found in the bathroom of a north Phoenix convenience store Wednesday.
The discovery was reported around 6:45 a.m. at a Quik Trip near 24th Street and Bell Road.
Phoenix fire spokesman Larry Nunez said a hazardous materials crew and Phoenix police responded, along with Homeland Security.
The store was evacuated while the substance was identified.
Nunez said the substance was baby powder.
The store has re-opened.
