PHOENIX - A 31-year-old Phoenix man has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from his infant son's death in a parked car.
A Maricopa County Superior Court spokeswoman says Daniel Gray entered the plea Monday. He's charged with manslaughter and child abuse,
Three-month-old Jamison Gray died Aug. 28 when outside temperatures were about 100.
Police have said Gray forgot that he'd left his son in the car.
Acording to police, Gray was inside the restaurant where he worked as a manger and then outside smoking marijuana with a coworker.
