PHOENIX - At least one person has been injured in a serious crash on a north Valley freeway.

The rollover accident happened on the Loop 101 near 7th Avenue around 5:30 a.m.

Air15 video showed a four-door sedan lying on its side on the shoulder of the freeway and rescue crews removing a victim from the vehicle.

It appears firefighters had to cut the victim from the car.

There was no immediate word on what caused the crash.

The Department of Public Safety told ABC15 the victim suffered minor injuries.

It does not appear that traffic is being affected at this time.
