PHOENIX - Arizona has opportunities for pretty much anyone to have an outdoor adventure, and now you can learn everything our state has to offer.
This weekend the Arizona Game and Fish Department is connecting families with Mother Nature through their annual expo.
The expo offers a wide variety of activities for the entire family.
There are catch-and-release fishing tanks, arts and crafts, firearm safety sessions, and several conservation organizations will be available to provide all types of information about Arizona’s outdoors.
Kids and their families also have the chance to be up-close and personal with area wildlife.
The expo is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility on Black Canyon Blvd in north Phoenix.
The best part? The event is FREE.
