An extension of the Singapore government has purchased the beautiful Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports that the property was transferred to ABR Properties LLC on Feb. 28. The price of the deal was ordered withheld by a bankruptcy court.
This is the fourth time that the Biltmore has changed owners in the last 13 years, according to the Journal.
The journal reports that the new deal ends two-years of bankruptcy proceedings for the property.
