PHOENIX - A water main break is making a mess of one Phoenix neighborhood.
Water is running in the street near 10th Street and Myrtle Avenue and one ABC15 viewer says a neighbor had water running through her house at one point.
This apparently started around 2 a.m.
City of Phoenix Water Services spokesman Ken Kroski says the break occurred in a 6 inch main, possibly due to the age of the line.
Kroski says nine homes are affected by the situation and are without water until the line is repaired.
City water crews are on the scene and the repairs will be made after the area is checked for other utility lines.
Repairs are expected to be completed today.
