PHOENIX - A few hours after two U.S. Border Patrol agents were killed, a new video involving border security was posted on Governor Jan Brewer's YouTube page .
The video, which runs a little more than one minute, criticizes President Barack Obama for not securing the border.
Earlier this week, Obama spoke in El Paso, saying the border is more secure than ever.
The YouTube video , which was produced by the Arizona Republican Party, references the December death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who died in a shootout with suspected drug smugglers.
Brewer's spokesman, Matthew Benson said the new video was planned before Thursday's incident involving the agents.
"Clearly the video has been in the works prior to the tragedy this morning," said Benson.
Leaders at the Arizona Democratic Party are upset over the timing of the new video.
"The timing is really unfortunate, now is definitely not the time for political gamesmanship, it is a time for grieving," said Jennifer Johnson who is a spokesperson for the Arizona Democratic Party.
