PHOENIX - A 24-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly robbed a family at gunpoint in their Phoenix home.

According to court documents, the victim was home with his children and pregnant girlfriend when three suspects, one in a ski mask, showed a weapon and demanded money.

The victim gave the suspects $200 in cash, according to police.

The victim led police to two residences where the suspects apparently lived and when shown a photo lineup he identified Fernando Cervantes and said Cervantes had a black handgun during the robbery.

The victim described to police what Cervantes was wearing during the Feb. 22 robbery and Cervantes reportedly told police the items were in his bedroom. He denied any involvement in the crime.

Cervantes was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges of armed robbery and kidnapping.
