PHOENIX - More and more people in the Valley are opting for jobs where their office is right in the comfort of their own homes.

This choice has its benefits and its drawbacks.

One company in the Valley is hoping to gather these freelance workers in one space to help everyone do better business. The group is called "Co+hoots" and they are located at 7th Street and Roosevelt in Phoenix.

Co+hoots offers rental office space complete with a desk, Wi-Fi access, security, and most importantly, a chance to socialize. The creator of Co+hoots says being around other freelancers can help dramatically with creativity.

"You get inspired by all the other designers or creatives around you. You see their work, and in turn, you want to create something that is not the same but just as amazing," says Jenny Poon.

Co+hoots opens July 1 and is still looking for co-workers. Many different types of memberships are available.
