PHOENIX - A double-shooting was reported near 16th Street and Broadway Road around 9 p.m. in Phoenix Monday night.
The Phoenix Fire Department said one person was shot in the leg with non-life-threatening injury.
The second person was shot in the stomach with serious injuries.
Lt. Steve Roser of the Phoenix Police Department said 10 males were fighting over a social media account when the shots were fired.
The juvenile suspect contacted police, saying he wanted to turn himself in.
Multiple bullet casings were found at the scene, and there is a possibility of a second suspect, according to police.
