PHOENIX - Authorities say the death of former Tempe Improv owner Mark Anderson was due to natural causes.

Mark Anderson was found dead in his room at a Buckeye motel on June 6 after reported missing a month earlier by his family in Oklahoma City.

The Arizona Republic reports that an autopsy was conducted by the Maricopa County medical examiner.

The autopsy concludes that the 60-year-old Anderson died from a hemorrhage caused by tangled blood vessels on the brain.

Anderson closed the Tempe Improv on June 1, and police say a motel housekeeper found his body five days later.
