Storms made their way across the Valley Monday afternoon perhaps temporarily dampening some Labor Day activities.
Central Phoenix saw some dark, ominous-looking clouds that brought with them some heavy rainfall, wind gusts of up to 40 miles per hour and some loud cracks of thunder.
Below are a few cities that received measurable rainfall according to the Maricopa Flood Control District:
