On Friday, the man accused of killing Phoenix Officer Daryl Raetz appeared in court.
Jesus Cabrera Molina faces a list of charges including manslaughter.
The police report just released shows investigators have collected a mountain of evidence against Molina including surveillance video, witness interviews that place him at the scene, and a big collection of physical evidence tying him to the crime
The report shows Officer Raetz's blood was found on Molina's SUV. Police also say they matched car parts found at the scene to front end damage on Molina's vehicle.
Police say Molina took off after he hit Officer Raetz.
Records show Molina admits to drinking and using cocaine shortly before the crash, but denies hitting the officer and insists he was home sleeping.
Officer Raetz died at the hospital and leaves behind his wife and daughter.
