PHOENIX - Phoenix police are asking community members to be on the lookout for a sexual predator who grabbed the breasts of three separate victims.

Tenants at two apartment complexes recently received fliers from management warning them about this man.

It's a case detectives have been investigating for about a year.

All three incidents happened at adjacent apartment complexes near Thunderbird Road and 19th Avenue.

Sgt. Darren Burch with Silent Witness said the man walked up to his victim and started a conversation.

The conversation wasn't anything noteworthy, Burch said. After a short while, he groped his victim's breasts and then took off running.

The two most recent cases happened the last week of August. The first incident happened in July 2011.

Police say they believe the same person committed the crimes. The suspect is described as a white male, 30 to 45 years old, 5-feet-9-inches to 6-feet-2-inches tall, thin build, with blonde hair. He wore sunglasses and a ball cap in the attacks.
