Police are investigating the shooting death of a 59-year old man after a home invasion near 50th Avenue and Indian School Road.
Phoenix police Sgt. Tommy Thompson said suspects broke into the home and shot and killed the man living at the home.
The victim has been identified as Enrique Montes.
Thompson tells ABC15 that police are currently searching for several suspects.
There were about four other adults also at the home at the time.
So far police are searching for a motive.
The victim's brother arrived on the scene and spoke briefly with ABC15.
Ray Comacho said his brother was a Vietnam Vet who has experienced a lot of tragedy in his own life having lost several children to violence.
Police are asking anyone with information related to this crime to call 480-WITNESS.
