PHOENIX - The Phoenix Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a body found in a dumpster.
Police found the body last Thursday morning near 15th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix.
Officer James Holmes said the victim is described as a white male, approximately 35-45 years old, with numerous tattoos including a dragon on the right side of his chest, a hog on the right upper arm and a double-headed snake on the right side of his back.
Police say they have enough information to classify this as a homicide.
