PHOENIX - Police are asking the public for information after a man was found dead in a roadway late Thursday night in Phoenix.
Officers were called out to a shooting in the area of 28th Street and Broadway Road at 11:30 p.m.
Residents found the victim on Roeser Road, according to Phoenix police Sgt. Steve Martos. He was only described as a 23-year-old Hispanic male.
Homicide investigators were not able to find any witnesses to the crime, he said.
