PHOENIX - A shooting broke out Tuesday night at a cabaret in Phoenix.
The incident occurred at Chica’s Cabaret at 35th Avenue and Thomas Rd.
According to Phoenix police, one person was shot in the parking lot and the injuries could be life-threatening.
