PHOENIX - Phoenix police are blaming a red light runner for causing a crash that injured three young children and one adult Sunday night.
The accident happened at the intersection of 20th Street and Osborn around 6:30 p.m.
According to Phoenix Fire Department spokesman Scott McDonald, a 5-year-old boy and 20-year-old man were taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Two other children, ages 6 and 10, were taken to a pediatric trauma center in stable condition.
Officers at the scene said one of the drivers ran a red light, but they are not sure which one.
