PHOENIX - Authorities have arrested a man connected to the deadly shooting at a Phoenix apartment complex.
According to Phoenix police Sgt. Trent Crump, 25-year-old Arron Crook has been arrested.
Phoenix police say authorities received several calls about a fight at an apartment complex near 19th Avenue and Thunderbird shortly before midnight Sunday.
Before officers got to the scene, police say they received calls of a shooting from the same area.
Police said once they arrived at the Granite Bay Apartments where they found a man who appeared to be in his 20s dead on the sidewalk. The man was shot one time.
Police said the suspect and victim were acquaintances that got into a fight.
