PHOENIX - Police say two people were shot Friday afternoon at a Phoenix apartment complex.

According to Officer James Holmes, it happened around 1:30 p.m. near 3rd Avenue and Camelback Road.

Phoenix fire spokesman Jonathan Jacobs said one of them was shot in the foot, and the other was shot in the back.

Holmes said they’re both not cooperating with police in regards to saying who shot them.

One of them is in serious condition, but they’re both suffering non-life threatening injuries, Holmes said.

It’s unclear if they were male or female victims.
