PHOENIX - One person has died and two suspects remain at large after an overnight shooting in Phoenix.
Authorities are searching for two black males after, police say, they shot and killed a man, as he was walking with another woman, to a Circle K near 48th Street and McDowell in Phoenix.
Lt. Stever Roser of the Phoenix Police Department said the two suspects and the man and woman exchanged words and then gunfire erupted. The two suspects shot the man and then fled the scene.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he died, said Roser.
Police said they looking for two black males connected to the shooting.
Authorities shut down 48th Street for a few hours Saturday morning to finish processing the scene.
No other details were released.
