Museums on Us program gives Bank of America, Merrill Lynch customers free museum admission

Bank of America cardholders will have a special opportunity to receive free museum admission this weekend under the Museums on Us program.

Museums on Us is a national program that offers Bank of America and Merill Lynch cardholders free admission into over 150 museums and cultural destinations across the country.

The program is offered on the first full weekend of each month and gives one free admission to the participating institution.

Participating museums in Phoenix include the Musical Instrument Museum, Phoenix Art Museum and Children's Museum of Phoenix.

Other locations across the nation include viewer favorites like the Dallas Museum of Art, Chicago's Shedd Aquarium and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

To receive free admission, cardholders must present their credit or debit card and their photo ID card.

Special exhibits, ticketed shows and fundraising events are not included with the Museums on Us program.
