PHOENIX - Police are looking for a man who may have been involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident in Phoenix Friday night.
Phoenix police Sgt. Steve Martos said two vehicles hit a bicyclist near 7th Street and Roeser and then both fled the scene.
When officers arrived, they found the victim, 47-year-old Angel Hernandez-Sotelo, with severe lower body trauma. Police said he died at the scene.
Martos said detectives believe the man they're looking for could be one of the two drivers who ran over the victim.
He is described as a black male, 28-25 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 140-160 pounds.
If you recognize this man, you are encouraged to call Phoenix police at 602-262-6141 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. You can also call 480-TESTIGO for Spanish.
