PHOENIX - A man is in extremely critical condition after being struck by two vehicles while crossing a Phoenix street.
Police said the man attempted to cross the street at the 16th Street and Greenway intersection, against the green light, when he was hit by a car.
The impact threw the man about 80 yards, said police. Then, the man was hit by a second car.
The man was taken to John C. Lincoln Hospital in extremely critical condition.
Investigators said alcohol does not appear to be a factor for either driver.
