PHOENIX - One man has been arrested after a two-vehicle collision that claimed one life Friday west of Phoenix.
According to court paperwork, John Morken was arrested in connection with the accident on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated criminal damage, endangerment and second-degree murder.
The collision took place just before 11 p.m. Friday near milepost 74 on westbound Interstate 10.
The highway was closed for almost eight hours after the collision, which is still under investigation.
