Jarvis Crush wanted by police in Phoenix murder over $15 debt

PHOENIX - Phoenix police say a shooting victim has died Wednesday from his injuries after an argument that stemmed from a $15 debt.

According to Sgt. Steve Martos, police are still searching for the suspect who has been identified as 24-year-old Jarvis Crush.

The victim, 25-year-old Anthony DeMartini, reportedly died after he was shot in the head.

The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Monday on W. Ocotillo Road, near Interstate 17 and Glendale Avenue.

A 34-year-old woman was also shot in the incident near the elbow or stomach, according to police.

Detectives learned during their investigation that the argument started because of a $15 debt. No other details were available.

Crush is wanted for first degree murder and attempted first degree murder. Police did not have a description on Crush except his mugshot.
