PHOENIX - The streets of downtown Phoenix were filled with comic book characters and super heroes as the Phoenix Convention Center was evacuated Sunday afternoon.
Several participants reported the evacuation on Twitter around 4 p.m., and some included photos.
An ABC15 employee even sent in some video of the characters roaming the streets outside the facility.
A fire official told ABC15 that someone apparently pulled a fire alarm and that there was no emergency.
The evacuation lasted less than an hour and officials extended the end of the event until 6:30 p.m.
