PHOENIX - Authorities say a woman has been burned in a fire at an independent living facility in Phoenix.
The fire was reported around 11 a.m. at the facility near 12th and Van Buren streets.
An official with the Phoenix Fire Department said a woman in her 60s suffered burns over 20 percent of her body.
The fire was contained to one apartment at the facility.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
