PHOENIX - Authorities say bystanders lifted a vehicle off a woman struck in a central Phoenix accident Wednesday.
Phoenix Fire Department spokesman Scott Walker said preliminary information came in from 911 callers saying the woman had been struck after the collision near 19th Avenue and Osborn Road.
A witness said the woman got out to check the damage after one vehicle t-boned another and was struck by a third vehicle.
The witness said he and others helped lift the vehicle off the woman.
Two people have been taken to local hospitals, according to Walker. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
