PHOENIX - Crews had a muddy mess to clean up on Interstate 10 in the West Valley.
A camera crew on the scene saw water flowing over a sound wall at 75th Avenue early Wednesday morning.
An Arizona Department of Transportation worker told the crew the water was runoff from a nearby PetSmart warehouse that's right off the freeway.
The water and mud made its way over the sound wall and onto the freeway.
Traffic was expected to be heavy as drivers got around the cleanup work, but the freeway was fully open by 5 a.m.
