PHOENIX - Authorities say a San Tan Valley couple has pleaded guilty in a bestiality case.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 38-year-old Shane Walker and 33-year-old Sarah Dae Walker both pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to commit bestiality. They are scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 9.

The couple and a 29-year-old Gilbert man were arrested in February .

County sheriff's deputies say the three suspects drove to a prearranged location intending to commit bestiality with a dog. The owner of the golden shepherd was an undercover detective.

Sheriff's officials say bestiality is a class 6 felony.
