PHOENIX - We hear of marriages lasting incredible lengths, but rarely do we hear of a 75th celebration!
Neva and G.O. Thompson shared the secret to dedication through decades.
"Just love each other and challenge each other and be happy with each other," said Neva.
Neva and G. O. met in Dyersburg, Tennessee. They got married on September 26, 1937 in Hickman, Kentucky. In 1985 they moved from Memphis, Tennessee to Scottsdale, Arizona where they have lived for 27 years.
Together, they have two children, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Congrats to this Valley couple, who found love on a blind date. Hopefully, we can all learn something about making love last.
