Silent Witness looking for suspect in Phoenix robbery, shooting

PHOENIX - Silent Witness is asking for help seeking out the suspect of a robbery and shooting case that occurred in Phoenix, according to a Friday report.

Silent Witness says that a suspect jumped out of a vehicle near 47th Avenue and Indian School Road around 5:35 a.m. September 29th. The suspect then pointed a handgun at a 48-year-old male victim in the area.

Just five minutes later, the suspect pointed the gun at another suspect near 27th Avenue and Osborn Road. 

The second victim, a 43-year-old, was shot in the head during the robbery, but suffered no life-threatening injuries as the bullet grazed the back of his head, Silent Witness says.

Silent Witness also says a person of interest who matched the suspect's description attempted to use a credit card stolen during the robberies.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 20 and 25 years old with a silver minivan that may be a Dodge Caravan.

The person of interest is described as a Hispanic male who was wearing a fedora hat and sunglasses. The person of interest can be seen in one of the attached photos.
