PHOENIX - Police need help identifying a man they say is looking up women's skirts at Valley stores.

So far Phoenix police know of two cases. The first happened in July at the Michaels near Tatum and Cactus Roads. The second case happened in October at the 99 Cents Only Store, also near Tatum and Cactus.

In both cases, police said the women felt something brush up against their leg and when they looked down, they saw a man peeking up their skirt.

"He's looking for women to target. He's doing this in public. We need to get him off the streets," said Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Darren Burch.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20-40 years old, with a medium-muscular build and brown or dark hair.

Police believe the suspect lives in the area and there may be more victims.
