PHOENIX - A 23-year-old man is behind bars after police found videos of the suspect engaging in sexual intercourse with minors.

Phoenix police spokesman Trent Crump said Donald Linville also hid a video camera on his neighbor's balcony and was secretly recording the inside of her home near 48th Street and Warner Road.

Crump said Linville was originally arrested in October 2012 after admitting to making the recordings, and he was booked for burglary, attempted voyeurism, harassment and false reporting. During the investigation, police were able to gather computers, along with recording and storage devices from Linville's home.

Linville was released from jail with electronic monitoring while police continued to analyze his computer.

Crump said on Monday, detectives reported they had found several videos of Linville engaging in sexual intercourse with six women. Detectives said they did not believe the women were aware they were being recorded.

Detectives discovered one of the females in the videos was 15 years old. Crump said some of the women have yet to be identified, but police believe one or more of them may also be minors.

Officers also found on Linville's computer numerous images of child pornography involving children under the age of 12.

Linville was arrested and admitted to being the sole owner and operator of the computers.

He was booked on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and two counts of surreptitious recording.

"I'm a college student," Linville told the judge at a bond hearing. "I don't have an income," he told her as he asked to be release without bond.

The judge decline his request.

Detectives have asked the county attorney's office to review more possible charges now that a four-year-old claims Linville tried to lure the child into a sex act.

Detectives are asking for anyone with information about this investigation to contact the Phoenix Police Department at 602-534-2121 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
