With the mountain of evidence against her, many believe a murder conviction against Jodi Arias is a slam dunk.
But not so fast, Criminal Defense Attorney Brent Kleinman has been watching the trial closely and thinks Arias could escape the death penalty, or even walk free.
Steve Irvin goes one-on-one with the lawyer to see why he thinks the charges against the confessed killer might not stick.
