PHOENIX - The biggest day of testimony is expected Monday in the " Baby Gabriel case" with the little boy's father set to take the stand.

Logan McQueary will try to help prosecutors prove Gabriel's mother Elizabeth Johnson was a woman scorned after their break up.

McQueary claims Johnson threatened to kill their son Gabriel who hasn't been seen since. At first, Johnson claimed she killed the boy, then said she gave him away.

"What she said to him will help prove that she intended to take the boy," said Valley Attorney Vladimir Gagic, who is not part of this case. "That way she can't come back like Casey Anthony did and change her story later."

What the trial may not tell us is what really happened to Gabriel who would now be 3 years old.
