PHOENIX - Four people were injured Wednesday night after a red light runner collided with a Valley Metro Bus.
According to Phoenix Fire Department spokesman Larry Nunez, the truck was headed westbound on Bethany Home when it ran a red light and collided with the bus which was headed northbound on 7th Avenue.
Nunez said the driver of the truck, and a 12-year-old passenger in the truck, were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Two adults on the bus were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police are still investigating what caused the accident. Officers said alcohol does not appear to be factor at this time.
