AHWATUKEE, AZ - An Ahwatukee homeowner is going all out this year with an elaborate holiday light show in his front yard.
Frank Kostyun set up 150,000 lights at his home near 48th Street and Elliot Road.
There's a 65-foot Christmas tree in his driveway. Speakers play music synchronized to the blinking lights. Holiday movies show on a projector screen hung on his garage door.
The project takes Frank one month to setup.
He has been doing it every year since 2004. Dozens of people drive by or stop every night, he said.
"As a kid, I loved holiday lights. [It was the] highlight. Now I do it for others," he said.
The lights "dance" to several different songs which are played on speakers in the yard.
Drivers can also tune in on their car radios. Frank encourages people to get out of their cars, walk around, and enjoy.
The display is lit up every night from 6 to 10 p.m. The address is 4813 Pearce Road in Ahwatukee.
