PRESCOTT - Northern Arizona authorities say a suspect wanted in connection with a homicide in Prescott has been arrested in Nevada.

Prescott police said Monday that 61-year-old Charles "Chuck" Todd was taken into custody in Henderson, Nev., where he lives.

They say Todd is being held awaiting extradition to Arizona to face first-degree murder charges.

Police say 52-year-old David W. Mueller died in his Prescott home on Nov. 16.

They say Todd was a friend of the Mueller family and spent some time with Mueller's wife in both Prescott and Henderson.

Investigators served search warrants in Henderson, Boulder City and Prescott and say they obtained evidence related to the homicide.

Details of how Mueller died aren't immediately available, but police say he had been dealing with some medical issues at the time.
