PRESCOTT, AZ - A Yavapai County man is in custody for allegedly trying to steal a vehicle in the nude.
County sheriff's deputies responded to a campground at Lynx Lake around 8 a.m. Friday after a caller said a naked man had stolen his vehicle.
A few minutes after contacting deputies, the victim reported hearing his Jeep crash nearby.
Deputies heard a man screaming when they arrived on scene and located 27-year-old Calvin Forrey near the Jeep.
Forrey was arrested and taken to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center where he remains in intensive care.
Authorities say Forrey admitted to a prior addiction to bath salts, but it's unclear whether he was under the influence of drugs at the time of his arrest.
